MEET THE TRAINER

Brandon Copeland is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS), and Weight Loss Specialist (WLS) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He has been personal training since 2013.  Brandon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Bridgewater College. He believes in the concept of health over wealth, thus offering incomparable services at affordable costs to you.

 

Brandon has helped athletes at all levels- from youth sports to the professional level- achieve their peak performance. Brandon is knowledgeable in a variety of sports (Football, Basketball, Track & Field, Baseball, Volleyball), and can fine tune your abilities to out shine the competitor.

 

Above all, Brandon specializes in weight reduction and toning of the body, where he takes an unique approach in confusing the muscles to constantly "work"; hence expending more calories!
